Dear Delegate/Speaker

Due to the increasing uncertainty surrounding the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and following the President’s pronouncement of a National State of Disaster, we have taken the difficult decision to postpone Jamfest and the Civic Tech Innovation Forum that was due to take place this week from the 18th to the 20th of March. As much as we were looking forward to hosting you, it is paramount that we prioritise the health and safety of our communities.

We will be in touch with updated details of new dates and/or approaches to the Forum, but in the immediacy, we are pleased to share online engagements and snippets that will be available from the exciting line-up that we had for you. Please look out for updates within the next 24 hours about how you can still think and talk civic tech this week, even if we cannot be physically together. As a few of our community have mentioned — our conversation may be more important than ever!
