UBER SIDE EVENT (SESSION 2): Uber and NISAA Institute launch partnership for “Safer Tech, Safer Society”.

Session Description: 

This will be a partnership launch focusing on describing the specific initiative we are kicking off with Nisaa Institute for Women’s Development (NISAA), a non-profit, non-governmental organization, opposed to all forms of oppression, exploitation, and violence against women. Uber and NISAA have partnered previously to enhance Uber’s service offering for women. This partnership launch will begin the next phase of the organisations’ collaboration in which NISAA will provide its expertise to Uber to improve its suitability and create awareness of Uber’s safety responses and features. Uber will support NISAA’s broader societal efforts to create a safer society for women and gender non-conforming individuals.
