The future belongs to those who create it is the firm mantra that has shaped his journey being actively involved in the leadership, and entrepreneurship training of emerging leaders. Thabani is an African Iconoclast, Author, and Speaker with a mandate to change the narrative shaping the continent through his work. He is the Co-Founder of UbuntuLab, Africa’s first and only Personal Growth Hub that deals with the holistic development of emerging market entrepreneurs, creative influencers, and institutions. He has toured several African countries delivering training on leadership and entrepreneurship programs implemented across the continent in countries.
