Speaker Bio
Sabeehah is a Technical Advisor with GIZ-South Africa’s Transparency, Integrity and Accountability Programme (TIP), which works with stakeholders across government, civil society and business to implement anti-corruption initiatives. Within the TIP Sabeehah is responsible for supporting Active Citizenry in building a corruption-free society. Having worked in anti-corruption for 8 years, Sabeehah’s particular area of expertise has emerged as the nexus between gender and corruption. She holds a LLB from the School of Oriental and African Studies, a BA(Hons) in Political Studies, and a MA in Sociology from Wits University.
