Paul Figueira has been involved in a wide range of civic UX work from designing an AI news media tool, a publicly accessible election candidate tool, community reporting platforms and numerous municipal open data projects including the EDGE Data Portal and the Future Cities South Africa governance project where the user base tends to be broad, often having nuanced individualised needs.
