Joseph is an expert in design, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning frameworks. He has over 5 years of experience working with communities on different projects, notably, the COVID-19 response initiatives in informal settlements of Kenya, Gender Action Learning System (GALS) initiatives by Hivos Kenya, and the Mbrella project by the Center for Advanced Hindsight. He believes that communities have the strength and best solutions to their own problems if facilitated. He champions for evidence-based approach to clearly understand what works well for communities.
