Khayar is a Mandela Washington Fellow 2016, Chadian entrepreneur, founder &CEO of Chad Innovation, a Tech Hub based in N'Djamena, allowing people to incubate their ideas and turn them into startups. A center for workshops, conferences, case studies, and Peer-to-Peer sessions related to smart technologies, business, society, and infrastructure. since 2020, Khayar has been appointed by the President of the Republic to lead Chad's digital transition.
