Speaker Bio

Ahmed Zoghlami is the CEO of Idaraty.tn, a civic tech platform that simplifies interactions between citizens and public institutions in Tunisia. Launched in 2020, Idaraty.tn quickly became an essential solution for modernizing public services and improving government transparency in Tunisia.
Before co-founding Idaraty, Zoghlami was the Chief Technology Officer at Jamaity.org, a key platform for NGOs in Tunisia, where he oversaw the design and management of technological infrastructure. With a career spanning over a decade in the civic tech sector, Ahmed is recognized for his ability to create innovative digital solutions that address the needs of local communities.

He has also led several projects in the fields of digital communication and business development, notably as the Marketing and Communication Manager at ExpoLugha. This diverse experience enables him to combine a technical and strategic approach with a vision centered on the social impact of technology.
Originally from Tunisia, Ahmed Zoghlami graduated from the University of Tunis Carthage. His background in civic tech makes him a central figure in innovation in North Africa.
