Initiative Description
Mouwatana.tech is a CivicTech innovation Hub (our Website is currently under construction) launched and supported by IBTYKAR a citizen and non-partisan political movement for a democratic Algeria.
IBTYKAR‘s ambition is to give hope to Algerians, and more particularly to our youth, in a better future. The world has changed, Algeria has changed, which is why we have to reinvent ourselves, innovate, in particular by adopting a new way of doing politics and developing citizenship.
This requires the adoption of digital tools to get closer to the citizen and to promote participatory and collaborative work. In this context, we are developing Mouwatana.tech , our citizen and political digital platform. It turns the smartphone, tablet or computer into a citizen tool, allowing all Algerians to become agents of change.
