Initiative Description

ISIKA is a citizen project whose objective is to make the Malagasy citizen a major actor in the development of his locality. The project is based on the implementation of a digital platform allowing citizens to participate in the co-construction of public policies by defining projects and vital needs of the community.

ISIKA aims to create a framework for dialogue between citizens and public authorities for a more inclusive public policy.
