Initiative Description
HANDEKA is an organization created in June 2017 by a group of Angolan citizens with a past linked to social activism and the defense of people's rights and aims to find solutions to resolve the main constraints to the full exercise of citizenship. Remember that in the Nganguela language, HANDEKA means “Oh you who have no voice, speak”.
