Initiative Description
The Citizen Voice Lab project puts emerging technologies at the heart of innovation in participatory democracy in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This virtual platform seeks to put citizens back at the centre of their nation's democratic life on a daily basis, by promoting fertile and permanent communication between decision-makers and citizens in all their diversity, particularly young people, women and other vulnerable groups who are often ignored. This project is being carried out within the framework of WYDE with the support of the European Union.
