Initiative Description
Association Maidi is an independent, non-partisan civic tech initiative based in Madagascar. Beyond the principle of accountability, the organisation hopes that the government responds favorably to the Right to Know of citizens. The association is taking the first step in innovative concepts on the national territory, in particular the notions of Open Data and Data journalism, targeting various sectors such as education, health, employment, the environment, transportation, and finance.
