Niousha Roshani is a multi-sectoral expert practitioner in technology, business, and human rights addressing the inequality gap between companies globally and civil society, and connecting ecosystems of underrepresented founders around the world. She completed a PostDoc at Harvard University, a Ph.D. in Education at the University College London (UCL), a Master’s degree in International Development from Cornell University, and a BS in Civil Engineering. In her current and past roles, she has advised governments, NPOs, universities, and the private sector on DEI, entrepreneurship, digital inclusion and conflict resolution, gender and SMEs (LAC and Africa), childhood and media (LAC), the intersection of race, disability and digital rights (USA, SSA, LAC and ME); on tech + policy (LAC); on best practices for the new economy (Europe, Africa and LAC).
